Thank you so much, Mary! I've been housebound, pretty much, since early in the pandemic, so I totally get your caution and understand your decision to attend online only. I hope everyone who is anxious about it chooses to listen to their feelings and not feel pressured. I've been grappling with the idea of a crowd, worrying that I'll panic. But also: I feel all the love and am excited to have an hour at the microphone that so many authors didn't get in the past two years. I keep rewriting an essay about how those two pieces connect through shopping for a book-launch dress.
Double congratulations on your innovative work as publisher and now on becoming a published book author! So much work and persistence now to be fully rewarded! So much to be grateful for.
